Our Philosophy

We value the dignity and worth of every person we serve. We have a non-judgmental approach and advocate on behalf of the oppressed, the voiceless, and others who are unable to advocate for themselves. We value the skills, knowledge and education of the social work profession and use all three to leverage the most effective interventions and resources for our clients.  Our practice is committed to emerging innovation and research in our field. Simply put, when we find a better way to do something - we do it.

Honesty and transparency permeate everything we do.

At Dr. Ebony Speakes-Hall and Associates our philosophy and approach are driven by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Social Workers
